Bill Marsh has more than 20 years of experience in the wireless and telecommunications industry. Prior to
joining Oxantium Ventures, Mr. Marsh co-founded Traq-Wireless, where he conceived the original enterprise
wireless management concept that became the basis for the entire mobile lifecycle management industry. The product architecture is considered one of the first and most successful software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications.

Before founding Traq, Mr. Marsh worked for Motorola where he held several positions, including European sales
director and product operations director for the Wireless Local Loop business unit and director of strategy for the Cellular Infrastructure Group. Mr. Marsh began his career as a system engineer and project manager with Hughes Aircraft’s Space and Communications Group, where he was responsible for the test and integration of communications payloads for several satellite programs. He holds six patents in the area of wireless communications and management.
